I had Birkenstocks for years love them so much but my last pair I got were steel toe and man did they kill my feet, made them hurt the shoe didn’t have much stretch and really irritated my feet and caused bunions to form on the sides of my feet. A coworker told me about Snibbs and I decided to give them a try and boy am I glad I did, not only are these shoes extremely comfortable, but they are light on your feet, quiet when you walk, and while these are the lowest grade Snibbs the water resistance is pretty impressive, I have had them two weeks now and couldn’t be happier working long days on feet as a pastry chef. They are easy to wipe clean and machine washable. Color is great hides a lot. And the pain in my feet while working is pretty much gone. I usually wear a men’s 10 and got a 10, fit is equal to that of my Brooks running shoes. The only thing I wish is that the back of the shoe be a little stiff for added support, and either a little lower or higher, I wear low cut ankle sock and the lip of the back of the shoe comes over my socks and rubs a little bit, but nothing I can’t fix easily with different socks, even pulling my socks up a little bit helps, it’s not enough to irritate my skin or cause blisters so no need to return the shoes. One of the best work shoes I have purchased, wish I knew about Snibbs sooner, plus I was able to put them on straight from the box and wear to work for a full day without any need to break In or stretch. They are so comfy, cute, stylish, athletic, all the things I was looking for. The best non slips I’ve ever owned.
These shoes are pretty great. Not as good as the shoes I got that were made for nurses but still pretty good. They look great and are pretty light. They are true to size. I still have some pain after my shifts with these where I didn't have any with the nurse shoes but that could also be my body just getting used to the new shoes. Hopefully they last longer than the nurse shoes.
